Odměnky – diplomky. / Remunerations – diplomas.

Každý ve skautském oddílu si zaslouží být na konci měsíce odměněn. Byť nezíská první místo v bodování, ale i tak získá odměnku – diplomek s vepsaným stavem získaných bodů a pořadí v tabulce bodování. Bratři a sestry tak mají jednu motivaci a to umístit se díky svému snažení na předních místech v hodnocení. Odměnky nemusí být honosné, stačí jednoduchý výtvarný motiv, vztahující se k oddílu a chuť odměnky, pro oddíl vydávat.

Remunerations – diplomas.

Everyone in the scout party deserves to be rewarded at the end of the month. Not getting the first place in scoring, but still getting a reward – diplomas with the inscribed status of the points earned and the ranking in the scoring chart.
The brothers and sisters have one motivation to place themselves in the first place in the ranking.
The rewards may not be fabulous, just a simple art theme, relating to the section and the taste of the reward, for the party to publish.
